Order Changes

Once an order is placed, we ask that all changes (concerning appliances, width, add-ons, material) be made in the following 7 DAYS. Order Refunds

We strongly advise all customers to read over our refund policy. This is located here. Custom orders CANNOT be refunded once in production. Order Damages

If damage occurs to your order through shipping transit, please notate on your delivery documents. This will be visible by the pallet and/or the shrink wrap being damaged. Orders with smaller items weighing less than 100lbs ship via UPS, FEDEX, or USPS. 

Pallet

Any orders with items weighing over 100lbs or larger than 72" in any direction must be shipped on a pallet. Update: Shipping is free for select SergSupply manufactured products!

Each pallet is insured with liftgate service + residential charge applied. If you have a commercial address with a forklift, please state it in order notes for quicker delivery.

      The 24 Gallon Wheel Well Water Tank is a practical and space-efficient solution for adding freshwater or greywater storage to your Ford Transit van. Designed to make use of the often-overlooked area around the wheel well, it preserves interior layout while providing reliable water capacity for extended trips or off-grid adventures. Crafted from BPA-free, food-grade polyethylene, this tank is safe, durable, and ideal for vented, non-pressurized systems. Multiple 1.5-inch and 1/2-inch NPT ports allow flexible connection options for pumps, sensors, and vents, giving you professional-grade control over your water system. Its thoughtful design enables installation on either the driver or passenger side to best fit your van conversion layout.
