Order Changes

Once an order is placed, we ask that all changes (concerning appliances, width, add-ons, material) be made in the following 7 DAYS. Any changes made after this time will be charged a 30% restocking fee. This policy has been implemented to further guarantee the quality of your order and reduce any inconsistencies.

Order Refunds

We strongly advise all customers to read over our refund policy. This is located at the top of the website home page under the "About" tab. Custom orders CANNOT be refunded once in production. The Serg Supply team will notify you when your product is going into production. Refunds cannot be issued after this point in the process. More details can be found on our Refund Policy Page.

Order Damages

If damage occurs to your order through shipping transit, please notate on your delivery documents. This will be visible by the pallet and/or the shrink wrap being damaged. After delivery, please email office@sergsupply.com for follow up. More details can be found on our Shipping Policy Page. This is located at the top of the home page under the "About" tab.

Orders with smaller items weighing less than 100lbs ship via UPS, FEDEX, or USPS.

Pallet

Any orders with items weighing over 100lbs or larger than 72" in any direction must be shipped on a pallet. Update: Shipping is free!

Each pallet is insured with liftgate service + residential charge applied. If you have a commercial address with a forklift, please state it in order notes for quicker delivery.

Description

Introducing our Powder Coated Aluminum Universal Van Shower, the perfect solution for those seeking a reliable and durable shower option while on the road. Designed to withstand various weather conditions and locations, these stalls provide a convenient and ready-to-install solution for maintaining cleanliness during your travels.

Available in four different widths—24", 30", 33", and 36"—each model stands at a height of 74.5" and a depth of 24". The shower stalls are constructed entirely from powder-coated aluminum, including the pan, which is color-matched for a cohesive look. The design features pre-drilled holes for easy assembly with rivets provided, and ventilation holes above the door ensure proper airflow. While the shower pan is not sloped to accommodate varying drain locations, customers are responsible for plumbing, including adding a drain, which is not included with the product. Powder coated aluminum shower stalls offer a ready to install solution to keep you clean while on the road in all weather conditions and locations.

After selecting a suitable location for your pan and drain, simply attach the rear panel behind the pan and secure the side panels using the provided rivets. Installation is straightforward and DIY-friendly. The front door panel can be attached with rivets or bolts, and the ceiling panel is inserted last. For added stability, we recommend fastening the shower to the van using the floor drain and appropriate fasteners. To ensure a watertight seal, silicone seams after installation, and remember that a shower curtain is required for the interior, which can be easily sourced from retailers like Amazon or Walmart.

Shipping is handled via freight carrier on a pallet, so we advise selecting a shipping address that can accommodate a truck. Upon receipt, please inspect your shower for any freight damage, as all shipping issues must be reported promptly according to our freight policy. For maintenance, we recommend cleaning the shower with mild detergents like Dawn or Simple Green, using non-abrasive tools to preserve the powder coat finish. NOTE: This product drop ships from an outside vendor, and lead times may vary. Current lead time is 4-6 weeks. Serg Supply does not have control over vendor's current lead time.

All showers are 24" deep and 74.5" high. Widths are 24", 30", 33", or 36".
Door is 20.6”wide to open an appropriate distance into the van.
We suggest cleaning with a mild detergent such as Dawn or Simple Green cleaners. Please use a cloth, sponge, or soft bristled brush, but not abrasive scrubbers or harsh chemicals to avoid damaging the powder coat.

Materials

Shower is an all powder coated aluminum material, including the pan, which will be matched in color.

DIY Installation

After identifying a location for your pan and drain, place rear panel behind the pan and attach side panels using rivets.
Attach front door panel using rivets or bolts.
Insert ceiling panel last (any electrical for lighting can be done prior to this step) and rivet or bolt in place.
We recommend fastening to the van using the floor drain and fasteners of your choice through the top of the shower into the van’s framing members.
Additional rivet holes can be drilled if needed, however are not required
Silicone seams to create a water tight unit

This product will ship via freight carrier on a pallet. We strongly recommend choosing a shipping address that can accommodate a truck. Please review our freight policies and inspect your shower upon receipt for freight damage. All freight damage or other shipping issues must be reported in a timely manner according to our freight policy.
