Order Changes

Once an order is placed, we ask that all changes (concerning appliances, width, add-ons, material) be made in the following 7 DAYS. Any changes made after this time will be charged a 30% restocking fee. This policy has been implemented to further guarantee the quality of your order and reduce any inconsistencies. 

Order Refunds

We strongly advise all customers to read over our refund policy. This is located at the top of the website home page under the "About" tab. Custom orders CANNOT be refunded once in production. The Serg Supply team will notify you when your product is going into production. Refunds cannot be issued after this point in the process. More details can be found on our Refund Policy Page.

Order Damages

If damage occurs to your order through shipping transit, please notate on your delivery documents. This will be visible by the pallet and/or the shrink wrap being damaged. After delivery, please email office@sergsupply.com for follow up. More details can be found on our Shipping Policy Page. This is located at the top of the home page under the "About" tab.

Parcel

Orders with smaller items weighing less than 100lbs ship via UPS, FEDEX, or USPS. 

Pallet

Any orders with items weighing over 100lbs or larger than 72" in any direction must be shipped on a pallet. Update: Shipping is free!

Each pallet is insured with liftgate service + residential charge applied. If you have a commercial address with a forklift, please state it in order notes for quicker delivery.

Este kit de cableado de iluminación incluye todos nuestros componentes favoritos para que la iluminación eléctrica sea muy sencilla. Hemos precableado este kit para que te ahorres tiempo y dolores de cabeza al solucionar problemas con tu instalación de iluminación de 12 V. Este kit utiliza solo las mejores piezas para dos objetivos principales: una excelente función y una fácil instalación. Se puede instalar o quitar en solo unos minutos con los mejores conectores del mercado.

 

  • Precableado y listo para instalar.
  • Los discos LED de 12 V se introducen directamente en el puerto de cableado mediante clips
  • Las tuercas Wago Lever hacen que los empalmes sean más fáciles que nunca
  • Si elige la opción de iluminación: (6) o (12) luces LED de disco de 12 V (corte de 2-1/8")
  • (1) o (2) puertos de cableado de 6 enchufes
  • 1-4 reguladores premontados en placa
  • (4) Sujetadores + Arandelas de acabado de 1/4" (Óxido negro de 1-1/4")

 

  • Clasificado para 12 V CC con un fusible en línea de 5 A (por 6 luces)
  • Las luces se activan al tacto. Toque para encender, mantenga presionado para atenuar, mantenga presionado para atenuar, toque para apagar. Las luces tienen un color azul tenue cuando están apagadas pero con una fuente de alimentación activa.
  • Todos los cables de salida de potencia tienen conectores wago de dos palancas.
  • Cables de entrada de energía equipados con conector wago de dos palancas para placas de atenuación individuales
