Shipping Policy
Our products ship nationwide. Because large custom cabinetry travels by freight, understanding how LTL delivery works protects your order and ensures a smooth delivery experience.
Processing & Production Times
Most Serg Supply products are made to order. Production begins after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Lead times vary by product and current shop capacity.
Estimated production lead times are provided on each product page and are updated regularly. These are estimates, not guarantees. Complex or custom configurations may require additional time.
You will receive an order confirmation immediately upon purchase. If your order includes custom diagrams or schematics requiring your approval, production will not begin until your written approval is received.
Standard Kits
Refer to the individual product page for current lead time estimates.
Custom Orders
Lead time begins upon written approval of your design diagram or schematic.
In-Stock Items
In-stock products typically ship within 3–5 business days of confirmed payment.
How We Ship
We ship throughout the contiguous United States using two primary methods, depending on the size and weight of your order.
FedEx / UPS
Used for smaller items, hardware, and accessories. Tracking is provided at shipment. Carrier policies apply once in transit. Address changes and rerouting are not guaranteed.
LTL Freight
Used for full cabinet kits, large panels, and heavy assemblies. Shipments are palletized and require a scheduled delivery appointment. Delivery timelines may vary due to carrier routing.
Shipping Destinations
We offer free shipping on most products to the contiguous 48 United States. Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska incurs additional shipping costs.
If you are located outside our shipping area and interested in placing an order, please contact us at contact@sergsupply.com to discuss options.
LTL Delivery Inspection Protocol
Freight shipments are handled by third-party carriers and are subject to federal freight claim regulations. To maintain eligibility for damage coverage, you must follow these steps at the time of delivery.
Do not refuse delivery
Refusing a shipment before inspection complicates claims and can result in costly return freight fees. Always accept the delivery first.
Inspect before the driver leaves
Walk around the entire pallet and examine packaging on all sides. Do not allow the driver to leave until you have completed your inspection.
Note all damage on the delivery receipt
Write specific damage descriptions directly on the Bill of Lading (BOL) or delivery receipt before signing, even if damage appears minor. "Subject to inspection" alone is not sufficient.
Photograph everything
Take clear photos of the outer packaging, strapping, pallet condition, and any visible damage before unpacking.
Unpack and document within 24 hours
Unpack your order promptly and photograph any concealed damage (damage not visible from outside). Retain all original packaging materials.
Report any damage to us immediately
Contact us at contact@sergsupply.com with photos and your delivery receipt.
Order & Shipment Tracking
Tracking information is emailed to you at the time of shipment. For LTL freight orders, you will typically receive a PRO number (freight tracking number) which can be used on the carrier's website to check shipment status.
LTL carriers will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment once the shipment has reached your local terminal. Please ensure your contact information is accurate at checkout and respond promptly to scheduling calls to avoid storage fees.
If you have questions about your shipment status, contact us at contact@sergsupply.com and we will follow up with the carrier.
