Where comfort and quality are felt on the road.
Suspension Kits
Serg Supply offers a catalogue of realistic suspension packages catered to different levels of adventure.

Packages developed with knowledge, experience, and integrity.
An Honest Approach
We found that suspension kits on the market are failing to inform customers on what they might need, and more importantly what they don't need. Installers are often jumping at the opportunity to charge for the "best system money can buy" - even if it exceeds a customer's needs. We don't push the most expensive suspension kits for the sake of making money. We inform, educate, and equip our customers so they can make the best decision for themselves. That decision and subsequent installation can be trusted with a dedicated team of installers who are committed to safety, honesty, and transparency.
A real-world solutions for real-world problems.
The Level System
We've broken suspension kit packages into levels across various brands, each level catered to different van owners with different needs and challenges.
Level one is designed for van owners who are simply trying to improve the quality of their ride and fight the notorious "Tip Alarm". This is for cargo or crew vans with a relatively lightweight versatile interior build without a ton of weight sagging the rear of their vehicle. Level one features the dampening support of an auxiliary front strut and an upgraded rear strut. The rear strut is installed with the anti-shear upper and lower brackets - safety is a non-negotiable for our team. Because we've found 90% or more of installations with adjustable struts never end up taking advantage of the adjustability in the real world, all struts are monotube non-adjustable.
This builds off of the level one package with all of the same benefits of upgraded dampening for ride comfort and stability. The addition is in the rear leaf-springs. This level adds the support of a leaf-pack upgrade to re-lift your rear to level the chassis out and better handle the added weight of your build. This is usually the time where new wheels and tires enter the equation. WARNING: This is a solution for those with an abnormally heavy rear (typically long or extended models). Upgrading rear springs without upgrading front struts will make your rear suspension seem stiff relative to underperforming front main struts. If you have a short wheelbase or a more evenly spread weight distribution forward of the rear axles, level 3 is a better fit for ride comfort and stability.
Level three is for van owners with heavier builds who are also looking for the upgraded performance of a main front strut replacement. Level two requires alignment and is usually the time where new wheels and tires are a requirement. This level fully equips your vehicle for moderate-level offroad terrain that would otherwise damage your chassis and push factory components to the limit. Aside from improved ride quality, you enjoy the benefits of upgraded dampening and weight management with a 1" front level and 2" lift in the rear.
Level four features many of the same components as level three, but with performance-grade shock and springs to maximize your vehicle's ability to take some punishment. We recommend this level sparingly, only to those who will be expecting to take their van to places even a mid-sized truck wouldn't dare.
