Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. Serg Supply is not responsible for lumber defects and mismatched patterns. Our products are made from natural wood and nature is not always consistent. While material species and finish are the same within a kit or product, the actual appearance of the components when cut from different sheets may vary
Serg Supply is not liable for damages caused through improper installation. While we recommend heavy fastening through rivet nuts or other method capable of withstanding the rigors of rough travel and vehicle flexing, actual installation is up the customer or builder. Do-it-yourself (DIY) implies that the buyer is responsible for proper fastening or hiring a professional van building service for proper fastening to avoid damage or injury. Threaded machine screws without loctite or similar thread locker must be retightened occasionally to avoid loose panels or parts from falling and cause harm or damage to other components.
Serg Supply is not liable for damages or injury caused by improperly wiring or installing appliances. The buyer is responsible for installing appliances according to manufacture specifications. This also may include ventilation and proper wiring channels for any appliances drawing electrical current. The end user must understand the difference between a grounded system and one with a floating ground. All electrical systems connected to your vehicle must have double redundancies whether it be fuses or breakers to prevent fire hazards or electrical hazards.
Serg Supply manufactures cabinetry with both natural and composite materials. Cabinetry often has squared corners that should be paid careful attention to. Serg Supply is NOT liable for injury or death that may result from running, bumping, sliding, or climbing into the corner or edge of a cabinet or one of its subsequent components. Extra care must be taken when moving within your vehicle as to avoid injury from unintentional contact with one of the cabinets. Make sure small children are supervised at all times and add edge protectors as needed to keep children safe.
Installations: If a customer is over an hour late for their scheduled drop off without prior notice - a late drop off fee of $100 will be applied to their invoice. If a vehicle cannot be completed in the initial time frame and needs to be held an additional night - a Storage/Overnight Fee of $150 will be charged in addition to the late fee. If a customer is more than 1 hour late and has not contacted the team - the installation may be cancelled at our discretion. In this case, they forfeit their deposit and must schedule a new date with a new deposit. Cancellations or Reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance of scheduled drop off. Changes made within 24-48 hours will incur a reschedule fee ($100) but may still retain the deposit if we are able to reschedule easily. Subject to scheduling. Less than 24 hour notice or no shows result in deposit forfeiture.
SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
