Our cushions are specifically designed for our bench bed system with the versatility of bench/bed use as well as the highest grade material that money can buy. Each cushion is made from Military-Grade Cordura fabric for a cover that will outlast anything you put it through. These are hand-made in the USA from US-Made materials.

You can buy cheap cushions several times, or buy the best cushions one time. Expect nothing but the best from this tear-resistant, fray-resistant, weather-resistant, and comfortable cushions.

 Note: These cushions are made-to-order and usually ship in 10-14 days.

Drop ships from a local craftsman.  Serg Supply does not have control over vendor's current lead time.

 

 Features

  • Cushion is a low profile custom 3.5" Memory foam with a unzippable cordura cover. Each mattress is sewn custom to your bed size.
  • Bottom of each cushion comes with Velcro sewn in. Matching velcro is on a self-adhesive strip and comes with each cushion.
  • Comes with three seam-bridge strips to avoid any seams when cushions are in Mattress mode. 
  • Center cushions double as back-rests when in bench mode. 
  • Sprinter: 54"-72" front/back x 68" wide at largest points. 
  • Transit: 54"-72" front/back x 68" wide at largest points. 
  • Promaster: 54"-72" front/back x 68" wide at largest points. 
  • If you did not order one of our bed systems, let us know your dimensions.
  • Outer cushions match bench lids (~18"), Inner cushions split remaining span (~16"-17")

Order Changes

Once an order is placed, we ask that all changes (concerning appliances, width, add-ons, material) be made in the following 7 DAYS. Any changes made after this time will be charged a 30% restocking fee. This policy has been implemented to further guarantee the quality of your order and reduce any inconsistencies. 

Order Refunds

We strongly advise all customers to read over our refund policy. This is located at the top of the website home page under the "About" tab. Custom orders CANNOT be refunded once in production. The Serg Supply team will notify you when your product is going into production. Refunds cannot be issued after this point in the process. More details can be found on our Refund Policy Page.

Order Damages

If damage occurs to your order through shipping transit, please notate on your delivery documents. This will be visible by the pallet and/or the shrink wrap being damaged. After delivery, please email office@sergsupply.com for follow up. More details can be found on our Shipping Policy Page. This is located at the top of the home page under the "About" tab.

Shipping

Parcel

Orders with smaller items weighing less than 100lbs ship via UPS, FEDEX, or USPS. 

Pallet

Any orders with items weighing over 100lbs or larger than 72" in any direction must be shipped on a pallet. Update: Shipping is free!

Each pallet is insured with liftgate service + residential charge applied. If you have a commercial address with a forklift, please state it in order notes for quicker delivery.

Want to save time on shipping? Select the local pickup option at checkout and we will notify you when your order goes into production to set a pickup date.

Product Warranty

All products are covered under a 90-day manufacturer warranty to guarantee the quality of your product and quality of construction. If you should have any quality issues with your product, contact us at office@sergsupply.com.
