Order Changes

Once an order is placed, we ask that all changes (concerning appliances, width, add-ons, material) be made in the following 7 DAYS. Any changes made after this time will be charged a 30% restocking fee. This policy has been implemented to further guarantee the quality of your order and reduce any inconsistencies. 

Order Refunds

We strongly advise all customers to read over our refund policy. This is located here. Custom orders CANNOT be refunded once in production. The Serg Supply team will notify you when your product is going into production. Refunds cannot be issued after this point in the process. More details can be found on our Refund Policy Page.

Order Damages

If damage occurs to your order through shipping transit, please notate on your delivery documents. This will be visible by the pallet and/or the shrink wrap being damaged. After delivery, please email office@sergsupply.com for follow up. More details can be found on our Shipping Policy Page. This is located here.

Product Warranty

All products are covered under a 90-day manufacturer warranty to guarantee the quality of your product and quality of construction. If you should have any quality issues with your product, contact us at office@sergsupply.com.

Installation Services Details

To schedule a complex installation, please email us at office@sergsupply.com. Please state which product you wish to install, vehicle type, and if there are already products installed into your vehicle. 

Installation for Ceilings and Wall Panel Kits:
Our service includes the installation of rivet nuts and panels only. We do NOT install any electrical, insulation, or plumbing. Your vehicle may have these done, but we will not make cutouts or modifications for them. Please keep all obstructions out of the way for the ceiling/wall panels prior to arriving at our shop. All extra wiring must be taped or tucked out of the way. We will not cut and rewire your wiring to fit our panels. A pre-installation inspection will take place prior to starting. We will reject any installations that violate these requirements. Serg Supply reserves the right to deny service if terms and conditions are breached and/or disregarded.


Installation for Cabinetry:
Our service includes the fastening of our cabinetry to your vehicle walls. We do NOT install wiring or plumbing. Please keep all obstructions out of the way of cabinetry installation prior to arriving at our shop. If the vehicle contains walls/ceiling that is not from our line of products, we must have written permission from the customer for the following: Serg Supply may alter any kit to install our cabinetry. While we always work to have the utmost customer satisfaction and great installation service, we cannot guarantee the quality or temperament of kits that do not come from our shop. Therefore, Serg Supply is not responsible for any damage that occurs to existing kits within the vehicle while installation takes place. Serg Supply has the right to deny service if terms and conditions are breached and/or disregarded.

Shipping

Parcel

Orders with smaller items weighing less than 100lbs ship via UPS, FEDEX, or USPS. 

Pallet

Any orders with items weighing over 100lbs or larger than 72" in any direction must be shipped on a pallet. Update: Shipping is free for SergSupply Manufactured items!

Each pallet is insured with liftgate service + residential charge applied. If you have a commercial address with a forklift, please state it in order notes for quicker delivery.

Local Pickup

Want to save time on shipping? Select the local pickup option at checkout and we will notify you when your order goes into production to set a pickup date.

We are excited to announce that Serg Supply is now accepting installation services at our Rocklin, California shop! Enjoy the convenience of same-day installations on select products, ensuring you can get back on the road quickly and efficiently. For full conversions please allow 2-3 weeks for installation.
