Production

Standard orders usually ship in 3–4 weeks. Custom builds vary and can take 4–6+ weeks from order confirmation. Rush availability is case-by-case; contact us to inquire.

Shipping

Small items ship FedEx Ground or UPS. Large orders (kits and full builds) ship via LTL freight. Tracking numbers are emailed the day your order leaves our facility.

Common questions

Where do I find my order number?
Your order number is in your confirmation email — it starts with # followed by digits. It's also visible under Order History if you're logged into your Serg Supply account. If you checked out as a guest, check your original confirmation email.
When will my order ship?
Standard orders ship within 4–6 weeks of order confirmation. Custom orders — including non-standard materials, sizing, or configurations — take 6–8 weeks. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking the day your order leaves our facility.
My tracking shows no movement — what should I do?
LTL freight shipments often have limited scan updates compared to small parcel carriers. This is normal, especially in transit between freight terminals. If there have been no updates for 5 or more business days, contact us at (916) 624-7776 or contact@sergsupply.com and we'll follow up with the carrier.
How are large orders (kits and full builds) delivered?
Full kits and large cabinet sets ship via LTL (less-than-truckload) freight. The carrier will call the phone number on your order to schedule a delivery appointment. A responsible adult must be present to inspect and sign for freight shipments — examine for visible damage before signing.
Can I change my shipping address?
Address changes are possible before your order ships. Contact us immediately at contact@sergsupply.com with your order number and the corrected address. Once an order has left our facility, address changes are subject to carrier availability and may incur additional fees.
What if I receive the wrong or damaged item?
Photograph the packaging and item before moving or unpacking further, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@sergsupply.com with your order number and photos. For freight shipments, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves — this protects your claim.
