Once an order is placed, we ask that all changes (concerning appliances, width, add-ons, material) be made in the following 7 DAYS. Order Refunds

We strongly advise all customers to read over our refund policy. This is located at the top of the website home page under the "About" tab. Custom orders CANNOT be refunded once in production. Order Damages

If damage occurs to your order through shipping transit, please notate on your delivery documents. This will be visible by the pallet and/or the shrink wrap being damaged. After delivery, please email office@sergsupply.com for follow up. More details can be found on our Shipping Policy Page. This is located at the top of the home page under the "About" tab.

Orders with smaller items weighing less than 100lbs ship via UPS, FEDEX, or USPS. 

Pallet

Any orders with items weighing over 100lbs or larger than 72" in any direction must be shipped on a pallet. Update: Shipping is free!

Each pallet is insured with liftgate service + residential charge applied. If you have a commercial address with a forklift, please state it in order notes for quicker delivery.

To schedule an installation, please email us at office@sergsupply.com or you can schedule an appointment on our website under the "Installation" top tab. Please state which product you wish to install, vehicle type, and if there are already products installed into your vehicle. 

This product is an add-on accessory belonging to the Mule Carrier product family which, when used in conjunction with any Vanspeed Mule Carrier Mounting Plate, provides a configurable mounting surface for your top-mount bike rack attachments.  Included with the purchase of the Mule Carrier Bike Rack are the rack brackets, as well as all the hardware necessary to mount the product into place on the Mule Carrier Mounting Plate.

 

Introducing the Mule Carrier Bike Rack for Sprinter Vans, an essential add-on accessory designed to enhance your outdoor adventures. This product is part of the Mule Carrier product family and is specifically engineered to work seamlessly with any Vanspeed Mule Carrier Mounting Plate. When combined, they create a versatile and configurable mounting surface for your top-mount bike rack attachments, allowing you to transport your bikes securely and efficiently. Included with the Mule Carrier Bike Rack are the necessary rack brackets and all hardware required for easy installation onto the Mule Carrier Mounting Plate. Please note that the Mule Carrier Base and Mounting Plate are required for use, ensuring a perfect fit and optimal performance. For those looking to maximize their bike-carrying capabilities, we recommend pairing this rack with the 1-UP Roof Rack (sold separately), specifically the 1.5" bolt version, to create a robust and reliable bike transport solution.

 

The Mule Carrier Bike Rack features five pairs of 1.5” long slotted channels, providing ample configuration options for your preferred rack attachments. With a maximum capacity of up to 150lbs, this bike rack is built to handle your biking gear with ease. Constructed from durable ⅛“ sheet steel and finished with a textured black powder-coat, the rack is not only sturdy but also designed to withstand the elements while maintaining a sleek appearance. Manufactured in Huntington Beach, CA, the Mule Carrier Bike Rack is CNC cut, bent, and welded for precise fitment, ensuring that your bikes are securely held in place during transport
