Order Changes & Cancellations

Any custom specifications or changes to a Serg Supply product must be added in the Order Notes upon placing the order.
Orders may be changed or cancelled only if production has not yet begun. Orders that include custom design or engineering work are non-cancellable once that work has been initiated. Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment.
Cancelling or changing orders of third-party products are subject to approval, and only if the product has not yet been shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
Most of our products are made to order and are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges.
Custom or custom-designed items are not eligible for return, as they are built specifically for your vehicle and configuration.
Order Damages
If damage occurs to your order through shipping transit, please notate on your delivery documents. This will be visible by the pallet and/or the shrink wrap being damaged. After delivery, please email contact@sergsupply.com with the details and photos of the damage to initiate a claim. More details can be found on our Shipping Policy Page.
Shipping
Parcel
Orders with smaller items weighing less than 100lbs ship via UPS, FEDEX, or USPS.
Pallet
Any orders with items weighing over 100lbs or larger than 72" in any direction must be shipped on a pallet.
Each pallet is insured with liftgate service + residential charge applied. If you have a commercial address with a forklift, please state it in order notes for quicker delivery.

Local Pickup
Want to save time on shipping? Select the local pickup option at checkout and we will notify you when your order goes into production to set a pickup date. Only applicable to select products.
