Returns & Exchanges

Most of our products are made to order and are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges.

Custom or custom-designed items are not eligible for return, as they are built specifically for your vehicle and configuration.

Order Damages

If damage occurs to your order through shipping transit, please notate on your delivery documents. This will be visible by the pallet and/or the shrink wrap being damaged. After delivery, please email contact@sergsupply.com with the details and photos of the damage to initiate a claim. More details can be found on our Shipping Policy Page.

Orders with smaller items weighing less than 100lbs ship via UPS, FEDEX, or USPS.

Pallet

Any orders with items weighing over 100lbs or larger than 72" in any direction must be shipped on a pallet.

Each pallet is insured with liftgate service + residential charge applied. If you have a commercial address with a forklift, please state it in order notes for quicker delivery.

Elevate the functionality and aesthetics of your VS Capsules with our preassembled Trim Rings, a simple and cost-effective solution crafted from beautiful prefinished maple. Each hand-crafted ring features secure bracers at the corners to maintain its shape while providing sturdy support for your extended mattress, ensuring both style and stability. Installation is a breeze, taking approximately 30 minutes with just wood glue and a power drill, thanks to pre-drilled holes that guarantee a perfect fit every time. Designed to integrate seamlessly with our Serg Supply wall panel kits, these trim rings come with everything you need, including driver and passenger side rings and mounting fasteners. With outer dimensions tailored for Sprinter 144, Sprinter 170 and Transit 148 models, our DIY Trim Rings are the ideal choice for enhancing your van's interior while maintaining a polished look. These will generally ship with the drivers side ring in Box 1. In Box 2 there will be the passengers side ring and both of the backings.

Note: These rings are specifically designed for Vanspeed Capsules and will not fit Flares.

FAQs

How do I install the trim rings by mounting to the Serg Supply Wall Panel Kit?

These are made to be directly compatible with our own wall panel kits. The opening to your trim rings coincides perfectly with the opening on your wall panel kit. Fasteners are included to mount on all four corner. You can glue on additional strips on the top and bottom to add fastening points at your own discretion.

How do I know if this Trim Ring will fit my vehicle?

These trim rings are specifically made for the Vanspeed Capsules in each submodel selection. Note: This will not fit Flares.

If a request is made to change or cancel an order after production has begun but before shipment,a 25% restocking fee will apply to reflect labor and materials already committed.

Orders that include custom design or engineering work are non-cancellable once that work has been initiated. Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment.

Product Warranty

Our unwavering commitment to outstanding customer service and product support is the cornerstone of our reputation and we stand behind the quality of our products and services with a 12 month limited warranty on all Serg Supply products. This warranty will cover any defects in workmanship or material under normal use. Any modifications to the products after they have left Serg Supply will void the warranty. During this time, Serg Supply will repair or replace products or parts at no charge to the customer if it proves to be due to a defect. If damage or failure occurs due to excessive or improper use of the product it will not be covered under the 12-month warranty. The warranty is applicable to the original owner only and is not transferrable.

Any third-party items offered by Serg Supply will be subject to the manufacturer warranty. Please inquire for more information of specific products.
