Order Changes

Once an order is placed, we ask that all changes (concerning appliances, width, add-ons, material) be made in the following 7 DAYS. Any changes made after this time will be charged a 30% restocking fee. This policy has been implemented to further guarantee the quality of your order and reduce any inconsistencies.

Order Refunds

We strongly advise all customers to read over our refund policy. This is located at the top of the website home page under the "About" tab. Custom orders CANNOT be refunded once in production. The Serg Supply team will notify you when your product is going into production. Refunds cannot be issued after this point in the process. More details can be found on our Refund Policy Page.

Order Damages

If damage occurs to your order through shipping transit, please notate on your delivery documents. This will be visible by the pallet and/or the shrink wrap being damaged. After delivery, please email office@sergsupply.com for follow up. More details can be found on our Shipping Policy Page. This is located at the top of the home page under the "About" tab.

Orders with smaller items weighing less than 100lbs ship via UPS, FEDEX, or USPS.

Pallet

Any orders with items weighing over 100lbs or larger than 72" in any direction must be shipped on a pallet. Update: Shipping is free!

Each pallet is insured with liftgate service + residential charge applied. If you have a commercial address with a forklift, please state it in order notes for quicker delivery.

For years, there’s been limited L-Track options available to the van community. We’ve been listening, learning and developing something BIG and now we’re stoked to introduce our very own line of L-Track. Available in 5 different designs and various lengths to accommodate your unique van build needs, our Venture L-Track is light, strong and CNC machined for a perfect, uniform fit.

We get that you might change your mind about how you want your van to look and feel, especially with changing seasons. Installing Venture L-Track in your van creates endless possibilities for versatile storage space. Once installed, you can mount our storage cabinets, bikes, skis, or any other bulky item to clear space on the van floor.

Black or charcoal gray anodized coating prevents scratching and blends in with van walls
Computer numerically controlled manufacturing (CNC) for a consistent, perfect fit
Mounting holes drilled every 4 spaces to accommodate common framing locations
Compatible with ¼ inch [M6] hex and phillips head bolts (not included)

Installation:

VanEssential supports the design and strength of our Venture L-Track, however the process of installing this product in a van varies widely. Venture L-Track is strongest when all mounting holes are used to secure it in place and the surface it is mounted to is extremely stable.

NOTE:

If mounting onto metal: Use RivNuts to install onto the sheet metal and use a low profile compatible M6 (1/4"), hex or phillips head bolts.
If mounting onto wood: Use correct depth #14 head wood screws.
