- Panels are cut to size and pre-drilled for easy mounting
- Side door and Rear Door Window panels are not included in this kit but can be added upon request.
- We can Pre-Cut for windows if needed
- Upper and lower panels are also cut to size with pre-drilled holes on both sides.
- Wiring harness cover needs to be removed for panels to fit. If you plan on keeping the wiring harness cover, the wall panels will need to be cut to accommodate. If you plan on removing the factory harness cover, an alternate cover will need to be prepared or wiring rerun within the wall to hide the factory wiring harness.
Your wall panel kit may be customized for you at an additional charge with the following options:
- Bunk window cutouts can me made for you with a corresponding set of trim rings, but are made 1" smaller than your window opening and will need to be routed out.
- Spacer rings are 2.25" thick birch rings designed to fit over the CRL/AMA bunk window.
- Cutouts for Vanspeed Capsules or Flares can be made as well, but will be made 1" smaller and need to be routed out.
- Can you do window cutouts on wall panel kits?
There are two types of window cutouts for wall panel kits:
Full sized window cutouts: If the cutout is for a full sized window, this is relatively simple as we will just have the cutout hug the factory shape at the edge of the window (still flush, so there are no gaps). This is free of charge.
Smaller window cutouts: If the cutout is for a smaller CRL style window (usually 14" x 33" or less), we STRONGLY recommend ordering the panels first and using them as a cutting template. The cutout is free of charge, but the trim rings are not. Trim rings are typically $200 - $400 per set depending on window size and made from joined layers of baltic birch. We will have to collaborate a bit on these orders as we need the approximate window location and precise window measurements prior to making the rings or cutout.
Order Changes
Once an order is placed, we ask that all changes (concerning appliances, width, add-ons, material) be made in the following 7 DAYS. Any changes made after this time will be charged a 30% restocking fee. This policy has been implemented to further guarantee the quality of your order and reduce any inconsistencies.
Order Refunds
We strongly advise all customers to read over our refund policy. This is located at the top of the website home page under the "About" tab. Custom orders CANNOT be refunded once in production. The Serg Supply team will notify you when your product is going into production. Refunds cannot be issued after this point in the process. More details can be found on our Refund Policy Page.
Order Damages
If damage occurs to your order through shipping transit, please notate on your delivery documents. This will be visible by the pallet and/or the shrink wrap being damaged. After delivery, please email office@sergsupply.com for follow up. More details can be found on our Shipping Policy Page. This is located at the top of the home page under the "About" tab.

Orders with smaller items weighing less than 100lbs ship via UPS, FEDEX, or USPS.
Pallet
Any orders with items weighing over 100lbs or larger than 72" in any direction must be shipped on a pallet. Update: Shipping is free!
Each pallet is insured with liftgate service + residential charge applied. If you have a commercial address with a forklift, please state it in order notes for quicker delivery.

Local Pickup
Want to save time on shipping? Select the local pickup option at checkout and we will notify you when your order goes into production to set a pickup date.
Product Warranty
All products are covered under a 90-day manufacturer warranty to guarantee the quality of your product and quality of construction. If you should have any quality issues with your product, contact us at office@sergsupply.com.

Most items over 100lbs ship on a pallet. Lift gate service is included with all palletized orders.
