This kit will come with the following:

• Floor Kit: Durable and easy-to-install flooring designed for optimal performance in your Sprinter van. This is cut for the flatline van co step extension. The flatline van co step extension is sold separately. Please note that the top layer of laminate is not included.

Can you do window cutouts on this kit?

We can do any Factory Sized Window Cutout.  Just select from the drop downs when customizing you kit.

How do some of the Mercedes Sprinter wall panel kits vary?

The Mercedes Sprinter Van interior designs changed in 2018 with two key features that changed wall paneling. First newer models began featuring factory holes on Upper Wall Panels. While the holes are still pre-drilled on the wall panels, they do not have correlating factory holes and the wall paneling will need to serve as a drilling template for rivet-nut installation. Also newer models have redesigned rear doors that use exterior hinges as opposed to older models that require interior hinges. The wheel well panels in older models have a cutout specifically designed to house the retracting rear door catch. Additionally, lower back door panels have a different shape for older model sprinters.

How does the subfloor get installed?

While the included fasteners are sufficient, the addition of contact cement is recommended.   We use SikaFlex 221 to install our flooring kits without fasteners.

If using epoxy- how much do I need?

We've seen a half gallon as more than plenty for the Sprinter 144.  

How does the ceiling kit mount?

All Mercedes Benz sprinter kits are designed to fit directly into the factory holes in your ceiling. The factory holes will need to be bored out to 3/8" for rivet nut inserts before installation. All panels are mounted 0.125" apart and cover the entirety of the ceiling between walls. 

 Will the ceiling kits work with ceiling fan cutouts?

Yes, our team can pre-cut a fan for you if requested. We will reach out to you once your order has been placed and walk you through measuring your fan cutout.
